Biraeam is a stone that is cut like a folding wall that has width of 100m and height of 60m. There is a legend that a rock from Geumgangsan (Mt.) flew here to find its place. This mountain is tall anad has deep valleys creating Mansandong Valley and Galmok Valley, which provide fresh air and clean water to those visiting. In addition, this rock surrounds the area like a folding wall and thus is also called Byeongpoong-bawi (Folding walll stone). There are farm experience towns in the area and is a well-known area for students, companies and families to participate in four-season environment-friendly programs. It produces organic rice and beans, as well as peppers. In addition, Green Tours, which are sojourn-type activities, are held at the Togomi Nature School. Togomi Rice Festivals are held on June 6.
